- All admissions must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Admissions are valid for 2 years after the date of purchase after which time they will be expired.
- Admissions purchased online are non-refundable.
- Online admissions are not required but optional.
- Customers who wish to use fee assistance, discounts or a method of payment other than credit card must purchase in person.
- Facility capacity is not being managed by an admission purchase. Customers must currently reserve their space in an activity.
- Customers must check in at the front counter of the facility they are visiting to redeem their online admission purchase.
