Weight Room Drop-in Activities

In order to make a booking, you must first Logon to your account. If you do not currently have an account please Create an Account first.

Booking an Appointment:

  • Only the account owner can book appointments on behalf of other members of the group.
  • There is a limit of one weight room booking per day, across all locations.
  • Please ensure the correct member is selected from the Participant menu and click GO.
  • You can view your confirmed booking in the Appointments section of your account.

COVID-19 Health and Safety:

  • Reduced capacity to meet 3M distance requirements. Maximum allowed participants varies depending on location.
  • Equipment availability may be limited due to physical distancing requirements.
  • Users are required to sanitize equipment prior to and after use – supplies will be provided.
  • Prior to your appointment, please take the time to review the information on COVID-19 Health and Safety - Pools & Weight Rooms.
