Please note:

• Pre-purchased online admission is based on facility capacity, it does not guarantee admittance, you may be required to wait.
• All punch cards must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Punch cards are valid for 2 years after the date of purchase after which time they will be expired.
• Punch cards purchased online are non-refundable.
• Customers who wish to use fee assistance, discounts or a method of payment other than credit card must purchase in person.
• Customers must check in at the front counter of the facility they are visiting to redeem their online punch card purchase.
