Booking an Appointment:
Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance, starting at 5:30 a.m. daily.
You must logon to your account prior to adding a drop-in appointment to your basket.
Only the Account Owner can book appointments on behalf of other members of the group.
Please ensure the correct member is selected from the Participant menu.
You can view your confirmed booking in the Appointments section of your account.
Advance reservations do not include admission to the facility. You are required to pay drop-in admission or present a valid pass for entry to the facility.
The collection of your personal information is authorized under Section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) for the purpose of administering and operating City of Calgary programs and/or activities and may be disclosed to partnered school divisions and other City business units as required. It may also be used for marketing and research purposes specifically related to City of Calgary programs and to conduct ongoing evaluations of services received from the City of Calgary. It may be used in an automated system to generate content or make decisions, recommendations or predictions.
