Gentle 3 yoga for healthy aging - older adults

Discover how a regular yoga practice promotes healthy aging. This class will provide modified poses and take into consideration the needs of older adults. You will see positive effects on:

Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 3 - Must be comfortable doing 30+ minutes of continuous activity
Please bring: Yoga mat, comfortable layered clothing, water bottle, blanket or towel.
