Postnatal Yoga

Honor your post-baby body in this restorative gentle practice, working with breath and slow movements to aid in postpartum recovery. This class is a wellness practice personally prescribed for new moms that will help improve pelvic floor stabilization and get back to a stronger more relaxed, healthier you. Leave baby at home so you can enjoy this time for yourself and focus on your well being. Please dress in active wear and wear layers. This class is offered in an air-conditioned studio. Please bring your own mat and blanket/towel.
