Youth 1: Swim for Life® - kids & teens

Kids and teens new to swimming will work with an instructor to feel more comfortable in the water and meet their individual goals. They will learn:

  • safe entries into the pool
  • basic breathing methods
  • movement techniques for short distance swims
  • front and back floats and glides

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Swimsuit, towel
