Youth 2: Swim for Life® - kids & teens

Kids and teens will define their individual swimming goals and work with an instructor to help achieve them. They will work on skills like:

  • dives, forward rolls, and tuck jumps into the water
  • treading water
  • flutter kicks
  • whip kicks

Prerequisite: Youth 1 or equivalent
Please bring: Swimsuit, towel
