Prenatal Essentrics® - teens & adults

You will use the Eccentrics® principles of dynamic and fluid movements to maintain and enhance your flexibility and strength during pregnancy. In this wellness-focused class you will:

  • focus on pelvic floor exercises
  • practice relaxing breathing techniques
  • stretch and strengthen your whole body as it changes throughout pregnancy

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Yoga mat, comfortable layered clothes, water bottle, clean indoor shoes if you do not want to participate barefoot
