Yoga - kids

Through imaginative play, kids will be introduced to basic yoga poses that will help improve their body awareness, flexibility and balance. They may do activities like:

  • hopping like a frog
  • roaring like a lion
  • stretching like a dog
  • standing tall like a brave warrior

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Yoga mat, comfortable layered clothing, water bottle
