Yoga for golfers - teens & adults

You will work through a variety of poses that will help strengthen and lengthen muscles specific to golf. Bring one of your golf clubs to use in different movements. You will:

  • increase your range of motion
  • improve your flexibility and balance
  • help reduce chance of injuries

Please bring: Yoga mat, golf club, comfortable clothing, water bottle
