Yoga for runners - teens & adults

You will be introduced to a series of poses that will strengthen and lengthen running-specific muscles to help reduce your chance of injury. You will focus on your:

  • feet
  • hamstrings
  • quads
  • fip flexors
  • calves

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Yoga mat, comfortable layered clothing, water bottle, clean indoor shoes if you do not want to participate barefoot
