Sit Fit (Gentle 1)

Enjoy joint friendly, gentle chair exercises that are done in a safe and comfortable environment. These exercises will improve your energy levels and strengthen your body so you can do your everyday activities with greater ease. Though mostly seated, this class will include short bouts of standing exercises to improve balance and hip strength. Seated options will also be provided.
