Fitness & Strength Drop-in Activities

In order to make a booking, you must first Logon to your account. If you do not currently have an account please Create an Account first.

Pools, weight rooms and gymnasiums can be used without an appointment. Group fitness classes still require an advance appointment.

Booking an Appointment:

  • Only the Account Owner can book appointments on behalf of other members of the group.
  • Please ensure the correct member is selected from the Participant menu.
  • You can view your confirmed booking in the Appointments section of your account.

COVID-19 Health and Safety:

  • To enter all City-operated recreation facilities or participate in recreation programming, customers aged 12 years and older must provide proof of vaccination, negative test result or medical exemption letter.
  • Face coverings must be worn while inside City of Calgary Recreation facilities except while doing physical activity. Please stay home if you are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or are feeling unwell.
