Rock Climbing


Inclusive climbing lessons that are safe, fun and engaging. Lessons are designed to build skills, abilities, and confidence for climbers of all levels.

Sailing


Learn to sail. Lessons involve a combination of sailing theory and practical lessons on the water. Sailing lessons are taught to Sail Canada CANSail standards.

Skating & Hockey Lessons


Learn the fundamentals of skating or hockey — open to all skill levels. Lessons are at select arenas only.
