Register for Sports Programs

Sports Lessons offer engaging instruction in activities like basketball and badminton. Participants develop basic skills through games, drills, and scrimmages in a fun and supportive environment. Instructors tailor sessions to individual needs, promoting confidence and enjoyment in sports.

Come prepared with the following:

  • Clean, indoor athletic shoes
  • Athletic wear
  • Closed-top water bottle

Badminton: beginner - kids


Kids will be introduced to the rules of badminton and gain confidence in the skills needed for the game. They will participate in drills, activities and scrimmages. These lessons take place indoors. Equipment will be provided.

Age: 6 – 12 years

Basketball team prep - kids & teens


This three-week program is designed to equip kids and teens with the foundational skills and practical knowledge to help succeed in basketball tryouts.

Age: 12 – 15 years

Basketball team play - teens


Develop your basketball skills through coached practices and games. The program will end with a tournament where players of similar skills will take part in a league-style event.

Age: 13 – 17 years

Basketball: beginner - kids


Gain an understanding of the basic rules of basketball. Through drills and scrimmages, kids will learn skills like shooting and passing that are needed to play the game. These lessons take place indoors. Equipment will be provided.

Age: 6 – 12 years

Girls basketball: beginner - kids


Girls will participate in drills and scrimmages while learning rules and developing skills, like shooting and passing. These lessons take place indoors. Equipment will be provided. Open to anyone who identifies as female.

Age: 9 – 12 years

Indoor soccer: beginner - kids


Kids will take part in soccer drills and scrimmages on an indoor field while learning the rules and skills needed for the game. Equipment will be provided.

Age: 6 – 12 years

Multisport - parent & preschooler


You and your preschooler will play a variety of sports that incorporate skills like coordination, endurance, speed, agility and teamwork.

Age: 3 – 5 years + adult

Multisport: beginner - preschoolers & kids


Each lesson, kids will work on improving their physical health, coordination and teamwork skills while learning a new indoor team sport. Equipment will be provided.

Age: 3 – 12 years

Volleyball: beginner - kids


Kids will be led through drills and practice games by expert coaches to learn basic volleyball skills. These lessons take place indoors. All equipment will be provided.

Age: 9 - 12 years

Volleyball team prep - kids & teens


This three-week program is designed for kids and teens to build foundational skills and practical knowledge to help them succeed at volleyball tryouts.
