What is your Digital Access Card?

Your Digital Access Card is a convenient way to access and use your City of Calgary recreation admissions and passes from your mobile device. It allows you to scan a QR code at the front desk instead of carrying a physical card.

With your Digital Access Card, you can:

• View eligible admissions and passes purchased for you and members of your household
• Scan a QR code at the front desk to check in yourself and your family members

Purchasing admissions & passes

Purchase Admissions and Passes online through your Live and Play account or in person at one of our Aquatic and Leisure Centres.

Please note: It may take up to 10 minutes for your new purchases to appear on the Digital Access Card website.

Accessing your admissions & passes using the Digital Access Card website

1. On your mobile device, open the Digital Access Card website
2. Sign in using your Live and Play username and password

Tip: For easier access in the future, save a shortcut to the Digital Access Card website to your phone’s bookmarks or home screen.

Using your Digital Access Card at a recreation facility

1. Open your Digital Access Card on your mobile device
2. Select "My Memberships" for monthly passes or "My Admissions" for single-use and 10x passes
3. Choose the appropriate family member. For "My Memberships," use the drop-down menu
4. Scan the QR code for each person entering the facility

New pass holders and pass cancellations

• If you are a new pass holder, you will need a barcode before using your pass. Visit any City of Calgary recreation facility to have a barcode created and linked to your account
• To cancel your pass, please visit a City of Calgary recreation facility and speak with staff in person

Please note:

• If you're having trouble accessing your Digital Access Card, recreation staff can look up your account and help you check in
• Admissions are valid for two years from the date of purchase
