This class is a wellness practice personally prescribed for new moms that will help improve pelvic floor stabilization and get back to a stronger more relaxed, healthier you. Leave baby at home so you can enjoy this time for yourself and focus on your well being. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat.
