Parent & Baby - Pilates

Enjoy Pilates with your baby.  Pilates is a progressive series of exercises that restores the core, back and pelvic floor muscles while strengthening and lengthening all muscles.  In this relaxed atmosphere, you will bring about balance to your body and meet other parents, while learning and getting stronger.  Babies can be in carriers or on exercise mats during class. Please dress in active wear and wear layers. This class is offered in an air-conditioned studio. Please bring your own mat and blanket/towel.
