Yoga for a healthy back - teens & adults

You will practice a series of poses that will help reduce and prevent back pain, while also improving your overall wellness. You will learn how to:

  • release areas of tightness
  • strengthen the muscles that support your spine
  • improve your posture and mobility

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Yoga mat, comfortable layered clothing, water bottle, clean indoor shoes if you do not want to participate barefoot
