Learn postures that re-energize the mind and body and decrease everyday stress in this beginner yoga class. Practice relaxation techniques and learn proper form and technique for your body. This class is designed for beginners but is open to all levels and can be repeated for continued practice and learning. This class may be offered in an air-conditioned studio. Please wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring your own yoga mat and blanket / towel.
