Pilates - teens & adults

You will tone and elongate your muscles through a series of Pilates exercises. With regular Pilates practice you will:

  • work on your whole-body strength and flexibility for alignment
  • build your mind-body connection
  • improve your physical and mental health

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Yoga mat, comfortable layered clothing, water bottle, clean indoor shoes if you do not want to participate barefoot
