Pilates - Youth & Adult

Expand your Pilates practice in this class for all skill levels. Pilates exercises are designed to elongate and tone the muscles while building the mind-body connection. You will improve your balance, strength and flexibility through a whole body workout. New and experienced participants will be appropriately challenged as your instructor guides you through the exercises. This class may be offered in an air-conditioned studio. Please wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring your own yoga mat.  Pilates is practiced bare footed.
