Gentle 2 restorative yoga - teens & adults

Feel more relaxed by participating in gentle poses with props that support your body and practice breathing techniques. You will leave class:

  • feeling calm and relaxed
  • having a balanced mind and body
  • with released tension

Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 2 - Must be comfortable doing 15-30 minutes of continuous activity and be able to get up from and down to the floor unassisted.
Please bring: Yoga mat, comfortable layered clothing, water bottle, blanket or towel
