Parent & Baby - Yoga

A gentle intro to yoga and movement that will let you bond with your baby and join a community of new parents. The class will focuses on regaining your strength and flexibility. You will work on your posture, core strength, and pelvic floor. You will also learn meditation techniques to help reduce stress and tension. Babies can be in carriers or on exercise mats during class. Please dress in active wear and wear layers. This class is offered in an air-conditioned studio. Please bring your own mat and blanket/towel.
