Yoga - parent & baby

Take part in beginner yoga poses that will help you regain your strength and flexibility after pregnancy. Your baby will be beside you in a carrier or on an exercise mat during class. You will bond with your baby while:

  • improving your posture, core strength and pelvic floor muscles
  • learning mediation techniques
  • increasing your mental health by socializing with other parents

Prerequisite: Your baby must be registered for this class. Ensure your doctor has cleared you to exercise.
Please bring: Yoga mat, comfortable clothing including light layers, water bottle, blanket or towel, warm layers for your baby, a blanket or carrier for your baby if desired
