Prenatal yoga - teens & adults

Practice prenatal yoga to help maintain physical and mental wellness throughout your pregnancy. Through a variety of yoga poses, you will:

  • practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques
  • increase strength and flexibility across your whole body
  • stay in tune with your changing body

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Yoga mat, comfortable clothing including light layers, water bottle, blanket or towel
Forms/waivers: PARmed-X for Pregnancy - must be signed by a doctor before first class
