Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is the perfect way to keep balance as your body as it changes throughout pregnancy. You will build and maintain flexibility, balance and strength. You will also learn meditation and relaxation techniques. Please dress in active wear and wear layers. This class is offered in an air-conditioned studio. Please bring your own mat and blanket/towel.
