Pilates: beginner - teens & adults

You will be introduced to Pilates principles that will elongate and tone your muscles. You will learn:

  • proper exercise execution and alignment
  • the use of breath to engage your core muscles
  • how to lengthen and strengthen through movement

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Yoga mat, comfortable layered clothing, water bottle, clean indoor shoes if you do not want to participate barefoot
