Gentle 2 chair yoga - teens & adults

Take part in safe and comfortable seated and standing yoga poses to stretch, strengthen and align your whole body. You will work on:

  • breath awareness
  • seated yoga postures in a chair
  • standing yoga postures with the support of a chair
  • guided relaxation

Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 2 - Must be comfortable doing 15-30 minutes of continuous activity
Please bring: Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, clean indoor shoes with good grips, water bottle
