Mindfulness workshop - teens & adults


In this single three-hour workshop, you will be introduced to mindfulness practices like meditation and breathing techniques that will help reduce your overall stress.

Age: 16+

Essentrics® stretch & strengthen - teens & adults


Begin to feel more energized through stretching and strengthening exercises built on the Eccentrics® principles. This class is done barefoot.

Age: 13+

Mindfulness Practices - Youth & Adult


Each week, try new meditation and breathing techniques to practice mindfulness and improve your quality of life.

Age: 16+

Gentle 3 NIA holistic movements – teens & adults


Be introduced to Neuromuscular Integrative Activity (NIA) movements that combine dance, martial arts and mindfulness to help you feel more connected to your mind, body and spirit. This class is done barefoot.

Age: 13+

Yoga & meditation - teens & adults


Participate in yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation techniques that will help reduce your overall stress and tension. This class is done barefoot.

Age: 13+

Yoga for mobility - teens & adults


Be introduced to techniques to relieve strain and tension throughout your body by holding poses for an extended amount of time. This class is usually done barefoot.

Age: 13+

Yin yoga - teens & adults


Work the connective tissue of your hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine through holding floor poses for several minutes. This class is usually done barefoot.
