Mindfulness is a skill that must be practiced to be effective. Each week you will try new meditation, breathing and other techniques, with open discussion and questions about these techniques. Over the session you will learn to build habits to practice mindfulness in your daily life so you can improve your wellness and quality of life. With practice you can experience reduced stress, improved focus and a sense of living in the moment and better physical, emotional and mental health.
