In this 3-hour interactive session you will explore the concepts of mindfulness. You will try out simple, effective tools such as various meditation and breathing techniques. You will learn how mindfulness can reduce stress, improve your physical, emotional and mental health. Practicing these techniques can also help improve sleep, increase presence, calm, peace, focus and performance. Open discussion and questions will be welcomed. You will even get to experience the calming effect of a Tibetan Singing Bowl!
