Instructor led classes that will challenge you to improve or maintain your fitness with the energy of a group.

Booking an Appointment:

  • Click on the filter icon next to the class name to view the class description and the recreation facilities and times it is being offered.
  • Instructor led classes require booking an appointment in order to confirm your spot. Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance, starting at 5:30 AM daily.
  • Only the Account Owner can book appointments on behalf of other members of the group.
  • Please ensure the correct member is selected from the Participant menu.
  • You can view your confirmed booking in the Appointments section of your account.

Note:  Minimum age for fitness classes is 13 years. Special circumstances may be considered and must be arranged beforehand.

* You must bring your own mat to all Yoga, Pilates, Mind-Body Flow and Stretch & Restore classes.
