Gymnastics: summer day camp - kids

This week-long camp will dedicate two hours a day teaching campers the basics of gymnastics. They will work on improving their balance, coordination and flexibility. Other camp activities may include trips to a local park, games, crafts and swimming/water activities. They will learn:

  • creative movement
  • fundamental gymnastic skills (rolling, jumping, landing and balancing)

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: A healthy lunch and snack, refillable water bottle, any necessary medication, athletic/comfortable clothing that is zipper free.
