Hapkido - teens & adults

You will be introduced to a variety of long- and close-range hapkido skills which will increase your overall fitness and discipline. You can complete this multiple times. Hapkido focuses on:

  • self-defence techniques and principles
  • how to do joint locks
  • jumping kicks
  • pressure point strikes

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Comfortable clothes (uniform is not required), clean indoor shoes if you do not want to participate barefoot, water bottle
