Kung fu: beginner - all ages

Learn basic kung fu skills that will help to improve your discipline and self-reliance. Kung fu focuses on a variety techniques like:

  • heel, diagonal, swing, twist, and hook kicks
  • punches, bumps, shoves, blocks and hooking strikes
  • holding, falling, and rolling

Please bring: Comfortable clothes (uniform is not required), clean indoor shoes if you do not want to participate barefoot, water bottle
