Youth 1, 2 & 3: Swim for Life® -  kids & teens

Kids and teens will define their individual swimming goals and areas they want to improve, and work with an instructor to help reach them. They could work on skills such as:

  • breathing techniques
  • swim strokes
  • treading water
  • shallow dives and stride entries
  • water safety

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Swimsuit, towel
