Weight Room Orientation - Youth & Adult

In this weight room orientation, you'll get an overview of fitness equipment, learn about weight room etiquette and be introduced to basic fitness conditioning principles. Orientation is required for all youths 13-15 year of age who want to use the weight room, with or without adult supervision. It is recommended for anyone who is new to the weight room. Bring clean, indoor athletic shoes.
