Weight room orientation - teens & adults

You will be shown how to use the weight room in this orientation class. All teens 13-15 years of age are required to complete an orientation class before they can use the weight room. You will learn:

  • how to use the fitness equipment
  • weight room etiquette
  • basic fitness exercises

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Clean, indoor athletic shoes, water bottle
