Through spin-style exercises and off-bike strength training, you will improve your endurance and muscle tone by working on:

  • cardio and endurance
  • short, fast, high-intensity exercises
  • strengthening your abs, glutes, back and shoulder stability

Please bring: Clean, indoor athletic shoes or cycle shoes with an SPD cleat, water bottle, towel
