Cycle & core strength: beginner - teens & adults

In a beginner friendly class, you will participate spin-style exercises and off-bike strength training to improve your endurance and muscle tone. You will:

  • learn proper bike set up and riding mechanics
  • improve your cardio endurance
  • increase core strength and stability

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Clean, indoor athletic shoes or cycle shoes with an SPD cleat, water bottle, towel
