Tethered deep water workout - teens & adults

In deep water, you will be tethered to a lane rope by a bungee to increase the intensity of a standard deep-water workout. You will wear a floatation belt to increase your:

  • cardio fitness
  • muscular endurance
  • overall fitness

Prerequisite: Must be comfortable in deep water without assistance and be able to use the ladder to get in and out of the pool (please inquire beforehand if the facility has a lift)
Please bring: Swimsuit, water bottle, towel
