Gentle 3 bone builders: intermediate - adults

You will do exercises that will continue to build bone strength and help prevent fall-related injuries. Through mostly standing exercises, you will work on:

  • building strength in your arms, legs and core
  • increasing your stability through balance activities
  • correctly doing weight bearing activities

Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 3 -Must be comfortable doing 30+ minutes of continuous activity.
Please bring: Clean, indoor shoes, water bottle
