Gentle 3 bone builders: beginner - adults

You will take part in exercises that will help support healthy posture and build strength in your bones to prevent fall-related injuries. You will learn how to:

  • correctly do weight bearing activities
  • build strength in your arms, legs and core
  • increase your stability through balance activities

Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 3 - Must be comfortable doing 30+ minutes of continuous activity.
Please bring: Clean, indoor shoes, water bottle
