Bone Builders for Beginners (Gentle 3) - Adult

This introductory program to bone building exercises will give your body time to increase awareness and strength. In this lower intensity class participants will learn the basics of exercises that support healthy posture, build strength, core and balance to help prevent fall-related injuries and calcify the bones. You will learn how to safely perform weight bearing activities and balance exercises.  Appropriate for anyone who is comfortable doing 30+ minutes of continuous activity.  Bring clean, indoor active wear shoes.
