Fit for Pickleball - Youth & Adult

Hit the pickleball court stronger and stay injury-free. This strength and conditioning fitness class will include exercises to improve your agility, strength, speed and stamina in a sport specific manner. Emphasis will be on quality warm-ups, mobility and stability for injury prevention, as well as strength, cardio and agility drills for improved game play. Please bring clean, indoor court shoes and a water bottle.
