Kung fu: continuing - all ages

Through a set of choreographed movements that simulate striking techniques, you will continue to grow your kung fu skills like:

  • heel, diagonal, swing, twist, and hook kicks
  • punches, bumps, shoves, blocks and hooking strikes
  • holding, falling, and rolling

Prerequisite: Completion of a beginner Kung Fu class
Please bring: Comfortable clothes (uniform is not required), clean indoor shoes if you do not want to participate barefoot, water bottle
