Gentle 3 Qigong - teens & adults

You will be introduced to the principles of Qigong, which will help stimulate your energy balance and internal energy (Qi). You will work on techniques that will take practice and focus, including:

  • stretching
  • breathing
  • repetitive movements

Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 3 - Must be comfortable doing 30+ minutes of continuous activity
Please bring: Comfortable clothes, clean indoor shoes, water bottle
