Gentle 3 Qigong - adults & seniors

You will be introduced to the principles of Qigong to help stimulate balance and internal energy (Qi). You will work on techniques that will take practice and focus, including:

  • stretching
  • breathing
  • repetitive movements

Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 3 - Must be comfortable doing 30+ minutes of continuous activity
Please bring: Comfortable clothes, clean indoor shoes, water bottle
