Gentle 3 Tai Chi - teens & adults

Through basic Tai Chi movements and principles, you will begin to improve your balance, posture and mental awareness. You will work on:

  • relaxation techniques
  • breathing patterns
  • soft, flowing movements

Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 3 - Must be comfortable doing 30+ minutes of continuous activity
Please bring: Comfortable clothes, clean indoor shoes, water bottle
