Athletic older adult training: small group - adults & seniors

In a small group of five to six active older adults, you will improve your overall fitness and strength for athletic activities. Through moderate to intense activities in the weight room, you will work on:

  • exercises to improve muscular strength & power
  • activities to improve mobility
  • drills to improve balance

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Clean, indoor athletic shoes, water bottle
