This introductory strength training program covers the essential techniques of weight training using a combination of free weights and machines in the weight room. You will learn and practice proper stability and strengthening exercises to improve functionality in all the activities that you enjoy. This 6 week program is ideal for adults and older adults who are beginners at weight lifting. Come prepared to work out and bring clean, indoor athletic shoes. Completed PAR-Q+ form is required.
