Weight room basics: small group - older adults

In a small group of five to six, older adults will be introduced to exercises that will help increase your strength through weight training. You will use the weight room to work through an individualized strength training program to learn:

  • how to build strength with machines
  • how to use hand weights
  • stretching techniques

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Clean, indoor athletic shoes, water bottle
