Pure Strength - teens & adults

Through progressive weight training, you will strengthen and define your muscles. Each workout will build off the strength earned in the previous class. You will learn:

  • how to use barbells with adjustable weights and other strength equipment
  • proper technique to prevent injury
  • how to use sets and repetitions in training

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Clean, indoor athletic shoes, water bottle
