Prenatal fitness - teens & adults

Take part in a variety of full-body exercises that will help you stay healthy and fit throughout your pregnancy. You will prepare your body for changes before and after the delivery by doing:

  • pelvic floor and core exercises
  • cardio training
  • muscle strengthening and stretching

Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Clean indoor shoes, comfortable clothing, water bottle
Forms/waivers: PARmed-X for Pregnancy - must be signed by a doctor before first class
